What we're doing:

The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance. We've been diligently following and updating Coronavirus safety precautions since it began.

For over 30 years, we've professionally cleaned, sanitized and disinfected buildings and offices. Our company is also following the additional protocol below for the health and safety of our clients, staff and the community.

Our staff will:

  • Monitor their health closely and never come to work if they have signs of illness or known COVID-19 exposure. Our company provides sick pay and paid time off to all employees.
  • Submit a health questionnaire before working each day.
  • Sanitize and wipe down their equipment before entering each job site.
  • Wash their hands multiple times on every job site, including upon entry.
  • Sanitize high-touch areas such as door knobs, handrails and light switches.
  • Wear masks and shoe covers.
  • Wear gloves upon client request.
  • Practice social distancing of 6+ feet.

To prevent the spread of germs, we're temporarily excluding:

  • The use of feather dusters. We'll still dust most reachable areas with clean microfiber cloths.
  • Folding or coming into contact with toilet paper, towels, bath mats, or used linens.


What we ask of you:

  • Please reschedule your cleaning appointment if there are any signs of illness or any known COVID-19 exposure.
  • Please fill out the health questionnaire we send you prior to each cleaning appointment.
  • To prevent the spread of germs, please remove any used towels and bath mats from bathrooms/kitchens before each appointment.
  • If anyone will be present during the cleaning, please wear masks at all times.
  • If anyone will be present during the cleaning, please communicate with your cleaner and follow any guidance they give on how best to stay in separate areas of the home/job site.
  • Please practice social distancing of 6+ feet (at least two arms' length) at all times.
